so after so much waiting and me telling you: soon, soon. The contract has been signed by the mayor, Ruben Dario and the president of the gas company. At long last it is official, the music school has a set in stone budget for the next 12 months and a very good chance that it will be renewed for several years to come. I’ll let you know how this advances.
